DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 describes strategic decisions of the top management as well as the process-oriented design and implementation of the quality management system.

Its core covers the following key topics:

• quality management system
• responsibility of the top management
• management of resources
• product design and implementation
• constant testing, analysing and improving.

The DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 also covers some topics which are only partially included or not included at all in the other certificates such as: Process of developments, special needs in the purchasing process, control of customer oriented processes, measures of corrections and prevention, internal audits and training of employees

AD-data sheet HP 0

The AD-data sheet HP 0 defines the conditions for the appropriate manufacturing of goods according to the common rules for productions materials following the technical rules.

The technical rules cover:

• welding and productions equipment
• welding personnel and its survey
• testing equipment
• quality management personnel.

DIN EN ISO 3834-2

The DIN EN ISO 3834-2 is the interpreation of the ISO 9001 for the welding department. The rules define the framework for the:
 

• quality management
• review of contract and construction
• requirements of suppliers
• requirements of personnel and quality personnel
• definition of welding and testing procedures
• use and maintenance of factory equipment
• Kmarking and traceability of the goods and components

and it defines and checks the management of quality documentation.

Pressure Equipment Directive(DGRL, PED) 2014/68/EU

Category III Module D

We are an approved manufacturer according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (DGRL, PED) 2014/68/EU Category III Module D. The TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH (0036), as notified body, regularly checks our certification as specialist welding company.
